A Caring Spirit

I had a spontaneous Spiritually Transformative Event (STE) that started in early 2023 when I decided to consciously "BE love" in order to find more joy and happiness in my life.  It led me on an unrelenting journey that culminated in multiple life-changing events; none of which I expected to happen.

I sought to become a Certified Spiritual Emergence Coach and Biofield Tuning Energy and Sound Healing Practitioner in order that I may assist and support others who may be going through tumultuous times or are in pursuit of going through their own balanced healing journey. 

My prior foundational career existed within the traditional hospital medical system for over 30 years as a registered nurse in multiple roles.  My unique combination of skills allows a combined perspective of western evidenced-based medicine practices and the complete healing that occurs when one heals thyself by utilizing coaching and energy/sound-based healing modalities.

My enlightened journey is on-going, thankfully. I am equipped to navigate, grow, heal and learn in spiritual waters due to my personal “lived” experiences. This wisdom, along with practiced grounding techniques, advances my ongoing knowledge seeking of our shared divine consciousness.
